Roll & Responsibility *Assembles electrical product (145kv, 245kv, 420kv GIS ) or sub-assemblies according to written instruction or by following engg.drawing. *Maintain the 5s ,Hira, Most technolpgy *Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate with Team members *Operate EOT CRAIN *Check production output according to specifications *Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements *Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards *reduction in time required for manufacturing *Successfully designed drawings to reduce material cost. *Complete final assembly & check per project requirement ensuring quality project timeline Key roles: Knowledge of CB drive panel wiring and assembly (145kV to 400kV ), circuit Breaker main assembly, Busbar  Assembly of CB drive panel wiring as per customer requirement  Checking of rating of contactor, rely, counter, MCB, drive specification and Resistance of coil.  To perform 2kV test and continuity test and PSD assembly as per customer requirement.  To review and take corrective action against in house rejection/ rework and customer rejection.  Execute quality check at every stage of production.  Strong problem solving and enter personal skill with the flexibility to work cohesively as part of a multidisciplinary team complementing the skill of others.
